REFERRAL PARTNER BRIEFING · OCTOBER 2026

Who to send us, and what we do for them

A short guide for referral partners: the business owners we are looking for, the work we automate and the supply chain work we consult on, how a referral works, and what you earn.

01 What Silk Road doesIn one sentence

AI that runs the work, across a whole business

We design, build and operate AI systems for owner-led businesses: systems that capture leads, answer customers, process documents and clear the busywork that owners and staff do by hand.

Done for you

Built and operated

The owner does not learn a tool. We design it, build it, run it and report on it.

How it starts

Assess, then a 30-day pilot

A short assessment, then one live system for 30 days with a measurable target. No six-month build.

No lock-in

They can walk

After the pilot the owner can stop with no further obligation. Most keep going because the numbers are there.

Who runs it

Dallas Wymes, founder

35 years running operations and sales in supply chain, including as a VP at Mainfreight. Plain language, verifiable metrics.

02 Who we are looking forThe ideal introduction

Owner-led service businesses with a team doing repetitive work

The profile

  • The owner or founder makes the decisions and signs the check.
  • There is a team: people answering phones, chasing leads, re-typing data, scheduling, invoicing.
  • Demand exists. They have more inquiries, paperwork or follow-ups than they can handle well.
  • They want more clients, or more hours back, and would rather buy a system than hire another person.

Where we know the work best

  • Supply chain, logistics, 3PL, warehousing and distribution
  • Health and wellness practices and clinics (HIPAA-aware, with a BAA)
  • CPA, accounting and bookkeeping firms
  • Other service businesses: insurance, home services, coaching, professional services
03 What we automateSix areas

The six areas where we help a business grow and run lighter

Grow

Lead generation and AI SDR

Finds the right prospects, writes and sends the outreach, books the meetings on the owner's calendar.

Grow

Customer communication and voice AI

Answers calls, texts and web inquiries in seconds, day or night, and hands off to a person when it matters.

Run

Document processing

Reads invoices, intake forms, applications and bills of lading, and puts the data where it belongs without re-typing.

Run

Workflow automation

Connects the tools a business already uses so that follow-ups, reminders, handoffs and reports happen on their own.

Decide

Dashboards

One screen with the numbers the owner actually looks at, pulled from the systems automatically.

Decide

AI strategy and consulting

For owners who know they need to move but want a plan before they spend. Includes process optimization.

Silk Road SCM

Supply chain consulting and fractional leadership

3PL and warehouse selection, fulfillment setup, operations assessments, and senior supply chain leadership for a defined term. Same code, same referral link.

04 How to spot a leadListen for these

You have found a lead when you hear an owner say something like this

"We get leads but nobody follows up fast enough."Lead capture and follow-up
"The phone rings all day and we miss half of it."Voice AI and customer communication
"I spend my nights doing paperwork."Document processing
"We type the same information into three systems."Workflow automation
"I need more clients but I can't afford a salesperson."Lead generation and AI SDR
"I know I should be using AI. I just don't know where to start."Strategy and a pilot
"We've outgrown our 3PL and I don't have time to find the next one."Silk Road SCM consulting
05 FitSave everyone's time

Good fit, and not yet a fit

Send them our way

  • Established business with staff and a steady flow of customers or inquiries
  • Owner is frustrated by a specific bottleneck and can describe it
  • Open to a 30-day pilot with a measurable goal
  • Growing, or wants to grow without adding headcount

Probably not yet

  • Solo operator with no team and no inbound demand to capture
  • Wants a one-time chatbot or a cheap tool, not an operated system
  • Owner is not the decision maker and cannot get us to the one who is
  • Business is winding down or in distress

When in doubt, send the introduction anyway. The assessment is where we sort it out, and it costs the owner nothing.

06 How a referral worksStart to paid

Your job is the introduction. We do the rest.

STEP 1

You hear the signal

An owner describes a bottleneck or a growth goal in conversation.

STEP 2

You ask one question

"Would you like me to connect you with Dallas? He builds systems that handle exactly that."

STEP 3

You send the intro

Send the owner your referral link, or email dallas@silkroadaisolutions.com with the owner copied and your partner code in the subject. Either one registers the lead to you. We confirm within five business days that it qualifies.

STEP 4

We run the process

Discovery call, assessment, 30-day pilot, then scale. You get updates at each stage.

STEP 5

You get paid

Monthly, for the first six months of the account. Every lead and commission line shows in your partner dashboard at silkroadaisolutions.com/portal.

07 What you earnReferral partner terms

25% of net revenue for the first six months of every account you introduce

How it adds up

An account paying Silk Road $3,000 a month earns you $750 a month for six months: $4,500 for one introduction. Three accounts like that in a year is $13,500.

Illustration only. Engagements are priced to the work, and net revenue means what Silk Road actually receives for its services, setup and implementation fees included, less processing fees and pass-through costs.

The fine print, in plain language

  • Paid monthly, within 15 days after the month Silk Road receives the client's payment
  • Every payment comes with a statement showing the math
  • Commission continues on your accounts even if you stop referring
  • No quotas, no exclusivity, and you never have to sell
  • SCM consulting projects and fractional leadership roles are project engagements: they pay a flat 20% of net revenue for the length of the project instead of the six-month schedule
  • Set out in a short written agreement that both parties sign
08 What to sayCopy and use

Two lines in conversation, one short email

In conversation

"I know someone who builds AI systems for businesses like yours. He ran operations for 35 years before he started doing this, so he talks like an operator, not a tech guy. Want an intro? He starts with a 30-day pilot, and you can walk after it if it doesn't pay for itself."

Intro email

Subject: Intro: [Owner name] and Dallas Wymes

Dallas, meet [Owner name], who runs [Business] in [City]. [Owner] mentioned that [the bottleneck in their words]. I thought of you right away.

[Owner], Dallas builds and operates AI systems that handle exactly that kind of work. He will reach out to set up a short call.

I'll let you two take it from here.

09 Questions partners ask

Questions partners ask

Do I have to sell anything?

No. You make the introduction. Dallas handles the call, the assessment, the proposal and the build.

Will my contact get pressured?

No. The first step is a conversation about their business. If it is not a fit, Dallas says so and you are told why.

What if they are already talking to Silk Road?

We check within five business days. If they have been a client or in discussion with us in the last 12 months we tell you, so there are no surprises later. Otherwise the lead is yours, and it counts if they sign within 180 days.

What does it cost them?

The assessment is free. The pilot is priced to the work and agreed in writing before anything starts.

How will I know what is happening?

You get a note at each stage: qualified, call held, pilot started, pilot result, and each monthly statement.

Can I refer more than one?

Yes, and there is no cap. Every qualified account earns its own six months of commission.

10 Next step

Ready when you are

Sign the agreement, open your dashboard, send the first intro.

Keep this briefing handy. When you hear one of the signals on slide 4, use the script on slide 8.
